Build a cape cod colonial styled house with a large front porch. The entry foyer will open up to the great room with a fireplace. The kitchen/dining area will be visible through the great room half walls.
A large pantry will service the kitchen. The main floor master bedroom suite will includes a bathroom with jetted tub and glass enclosed, tile shower and a large walk-in closet.
A guest bath, mudroom and laundry room will complete the first floor.
Two large bedrooms and a family bath will be located on the second floor. There will also be a large, finished recreational room above the attached two-car garage.
The house will be heated and cooled with Mitsubishi heat pumps.
